La Dame Aux Lavande Designs is interested in keeping your business and obtaining your referrals.  As an effort to do so, we must provide you with a great product at a fair price and have clear communication about the duties of both parties involved.  In order to accomplish this, we spell out exactly what we will be doing, how much it is going to cost, and how the project will proceed.  We have found that this "no surprises" approach protects everyone.  This is one of the many things that set us apart from others in our industry.
