La Dame Aux Lavande Designs is a full service design and remodeling company. Accessories and installations are charged directly by La Dame, but are quoted in writing prior to the start of any project. All projects are also completed under a contract so that both parties understand the expectations of the project and therefore alleviating misunderstandings. La Dame Aux Lavande Designs is dedicated to bringing you fantastic service. In an effort to bring you ideas that revolve around your taste, the consultation is a two part process. The first visit will include a walk-through of the space and a client interview. During the interview process, we will discuss the likes and dislikes of the space as it is, then we will use a few techniques to determine your color mood. Since everyone reacts differently to different color palates, it is important that we understand what works for you. We also will identify what styles you are naturally drawn to. We have found that most people think they like one style or another, but they like a mixture of styles. Other times, what they say they like is not a true description of what they prefer, simply because they do not have a strong knowledge base of what certain styles reflect. On the follow-up visit we will bring ideas, samples, and sketches to show you. This process is very time consuming, but well worth the end result. A fee of $300 residential and $500 commercial is charged for the two visit consultation and is payable at visit one. After the initial two visit consultation you may enter into a written agreement with La Dame for the work to be completed for a set fee, or you can take the ideas and attempt to incorporate them yourself. If you request more help with the project, but are not under contract for a set fee, you will be charged an hourly rate of $125 that is payable weekly. |
